Reserved Rights

This notice supplements LICENSE. It applies to new, original first-party material created after revision 2c636dd336b26c0add7553ecca98ec71f8a3ecfe only if tryigit has the rights necessary to impose proprietary terms and the material is legally licensable separately from GPL-covered or third-party work. A file may be marked SPDX-License-Identifier: LicenseRef-CleveresTricky-Owner-Only or with a specific equivalent notice to clarify this scope. Such a label does not override existing licenses or make an inseparable GPL derivative proprietary.

Unless the rights holder gives written permission, no license is granted to copy, modify, redistribute, sublicense or commercially exploit such identified material, except as permitted by applicable law. Public access to a document permits ordinary reading and technically necessary viewing copies; it does not, by itself, grant a broader reuse license.

This notice does not apply to GPL-covered or other third-party material. It does not revoke previous licenses, restrict lawful GPL redistribution or commercial use, or remove obligations to supply corresponding source for GPL-covered distributions. A software component does not become proprietary merely because a repository is private or this notice is present.
